I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating. I was in town for an interview, and there was a marijuana smoke smell in the hallway outside our original room, and I did not want to be around the smell. They upgraded my room for free and put me on an entirely different floor than I was on originally. I really appreciated this and the new room had a nice balcony. They bed was nice and we were comfortable throughout the stay.

It was a nice, clean place once we got a good room. The first room had cigarettes smell and the second room we moved to smelled like body odor, but the third room we moved to was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to move us when we let them know the rooms smelled bad. The rooms are clean and it is a good place to stay.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and grounds were quiet and it is right on 630 and University so it's very conveniently located to restaurants and hospitals. The staff was very nice and the evening shift desk person was extraordinary and helpful with a very pleasant attitude.

One review I read stated every room had a balcony. NOT TRUE! Every room DOES NOT have a balcony. The room I booked didn't and we wanted a balcony. I called the office and they graciously switched us to a room with a pool view balcony! Super friendly, super helpful staff! Beds are so comfortable. Would recommend!
