The staff was very friendly. I had a doctor's appointment and asked to check in a couple of hours early because I had my elderly mom and my little granddaughter with me,it wasn't a problem at all.The hotel was very, very clean and it smelled great! Very comfortable beds and there were about 5 pillows on each bed,THANK YOU!!! I love to have at least 3 for myself 😁.The entry level was very pretty and very clean! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel or my room, but trust me, it's very nice!! Keep up the great work!!!!☺️🙌🏼

It was a nice, clean place once we got a good room. The first room had cigarettes smell and the second room we moved to smelled like body odor, but the third room we moved to was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to move us when we let them know the rooms smelled bad. The rooms are clean and it is a good place to stay.

It's a clean and nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and grounds were quiet and it is right on 630 and University so it's very conveniently located to restaurants and hospitals. The staff was very nice and the evening shift desk person was extraordinary and helpful with a very pleasant attitude.

I liked it was close to the individual I went down there to see to spend Christmas with. I'm very comfortable got very good night's sleep

Everything! Exceptional service, location, and cleanliness. The breakfast was great. However, oatmeal was bland. Hallways smelled great and the room was nice and neat!

I liked the fact that the staff was very accommodating. I was in town for an interview, and there was a marijuana smoke smell in the hallway outside our original room, and I did not want to be around the smell. They upgraded my room for free and put me on an entirely different floor than I was on originally. I really appreciated this and the new room had a nice balcony. They bed was nice and we were comfortable throughout the stay.

The staff was INCREDIBLE in helping us to book our reservations and get EVERYTHING situated for my son's appointment at Arkansas Children's!!!!!!!
